Membership
How selective is the application?

Membership is intentionally limited. Every application is reviewed individually, and not every application is accepted immediately.

What happens after I apply?

Your card is saved securely when you apply, but nothing is charged until your application is approved.

Can I cancel anytime?

Membership begins with a minimum commitment of three months. After that, you're free to pause or cancel at any time.

What's included in my membership?

One complimentary experience each month, exclusive member benefits and partner offers, a private community, and priority access to events and retreats.

How much does membership cost?

Membership is €45 per month or €450 per year. There is also a one-time €20 registration fee.

Is the registration fee refundable?

The €20 registration fee is a one-time entry fee and is only ever charged if your application is accepted.

Experiences
How many experiences happen every month?

Your membership includes one complimentary experience each month, alongside a wider calendar of signature events, workshops and immersive experiences.

Where do experiences take place?

Primarily across Madrid's most considered spaces, from studios and private villas to hotels and cultural venues.

Do I need to already be into wellness or fitness?

Not at all. Elements is about intention, not intensity.

Can I bring a guest?

Certain experiences welcome guests, and members can introduce people they feel would belong.

Retreats
Are retreats included in membership?

Retreats are offered a few times a year as special experiences. Members receive priority access and member pricing.

Where do retreats take place?

Destination settings chosen for their natural beauty, combining movement, wellbeing, hospitality and culture.
